Xmcd¶
The XMCD endstation: a 9 Tesla split-coil high-field magnet with a variable-temperature insert (VTI), an X-ray emission (XES) spectrometer arm, and the Andor CCD.
Enclosure: id32-xmcd.
Note
The 9 T XMCD magnet binds the catalog Magnet Family (graduated; the third consumer after 4-ID + i10-1, MAG-1). The VTI sample-temperature and the coil / shield diagnostics bind TemperatureController (the LakeShore precedent). The XES arm binds the catalog SpectrometerArm Family (the second arm that completed the rule-of-three; graduated). The CCD binds Camera; the sample stage binds LinearStage.
