The fast-tomography experiment endstation: a sample table carrying the rotary stage, the sample positioning, and a fast shutter, supporting continuous-rotation tomography up to 20 Hz.

Reuses the imaging Families the fleet already carries (Table, RotaryStage, LinearStage, Shutter); axis sets and handles pending (SAMPLE-1).
