Source¶
The incident beam, produced, conditioned, and defined before the sample. The controllers that drive these devices are on the Controls page. Each device pairs its human name with its control handle, its key specs, and whether it is field replaceable. new marks a device not yet modeled in CORA; confirm marks a value taken from the docs that staff have not yet verified.

Source¶
The storage-ring source state the beamline draws on.
Enclosure: i15-1-optics.

StorageRing |
machine-level, observe-only ring state; loose family reused from I22 (MACHINE-1) | new confirm |
Conditioning optics¶
The bent-Laue monochromator, the multilayer mirror, and the attenuators.
Enclosure: i15-1-optics.
Note
The bent-Laue mono selects a fixed energy: dodal exposes energy_kev as a read-only signal derived from the crystal y position via a lookup table, NOT a scanned or commanded axis. Energy is an epistemic readback (a Calibration), so the pending energy_scan Capability is NOT earnable here (ENERGY-1).

Beam defining safety¶
The beam-defining slits, the beamstop, and the safety and fast shutters. The PSS / gonio interlocks are carried on the enclosures (the Enclosure permit_signal), not as devices (INTERLOCK-1).
Enclosure: i15-1-optics.
